Jai Sri Baba Lal ji,
The spirit, in one aspect, is like a free bird seeking to understand the truth of its reality and the nature of its embodied existence.
The body is merely a cage, imposing numerous limitations for sustenance, with different bodies presenting varied and distinct realities to engage with.
For the spirit, inhabiting a body is akin to serving a sentence for a designated period, fraught with infinite "ifs" and "buts" stemming from karmic baggage and other factors beyond the comprehension of beings on this planet.
However, the human body is a uniquely special and intricate structure that can, beyond words, aid in liberating the self from this cage, despite the countless obstacles of the mundane. The truth of realization, in the context of reality and the study of relative life, could serve as a true preceptor, guiding one suitably to transcend the cycle of transmigration.
