happiness and joy

 Jai Sri Baba Lal ji.

True happiness and joy is a matter of inner truth. 

In physical pleasures, there is a seed of physical sorrow which automatically fructifies. 

But the inner truth gives infinite fruits and the happiness manifested from it is also infinite. 

By the grace of Satguru, human easily attains the inner truth.
