Salutation to you, O mother; you in the form of time bring about change in things and have all that power to create and destroy. Salutation to you, O mother; you are intent on saving the ejected and distressed that take refuge in you, O Devi; who removes the sufferings of all. Salutation to you, O mother; you are sole substratum of the world because you subsist in the shape of Earth; exist in the shape of water. Salutation to you, O mother; you are essence of the power and sole cause of power which is very source of this universe; you are gracious by nature that bestowed emancipation in the world.
