 Jai Sri Baba Lal Ji,

Know the mind as an important tool, though it is a subtle reality, yet it controls both aspects of the journey,

As the mind is, so is the truth of man, when the mind controls the Self of life as its slave, it destroys the essential truth of a person, which is necessary for survival,

Controlling the mind is an essential factor for man, though it is not so easy for anyone, yet it is a subject that can be addressed properly with time,

A person with an unstable mind plays wildly with the pitch of the mind and takes the Self away from its inherent path, and the mind dominates the soul and ends life in negativity, a fickle mind is the biggest challenge to the inherent self of any person, better late than never,
