Jai Sri Baba Lal Ji,
There are three well-known states of consciousness: waking, dreaming, and dreamless sleep.
These are common to all, irrespective of color, caste, and creed. But in addition to these, there is another state of consciousness hidden within the self in all beings, though humankind is more prone to realize it.
It is a transcendental state, the innate nature of the inherent self, yet a mystic reality that humankind often misses in its ride of ego and ignorance.
The transcendental state of consciousness could be considered akin to Yoga Nidra, not as complex as rocket science but not as simple as the daily affairs of life's journey. To reach it requires diligent practice of truth in one's deeds and thoughts.
Jai Baba Lal Dayal Ji,
