Jai sri Baba Lal ji,
Aspirants on the path of truth never indulge in any pleasure which is born of the pain of another, they never look at the fault of others but ever keep vouch unto self introspection, they never keep any space in mind for inferiority or superiority, anyone that looks world for his own happiness cannot be  a true aspirants, path of disinterested service lead aspirants to the goal of their sole motto, all actions are bound to raise the ego but action unto truth of disinterested service dissolves the ego and leads one from forefront to the path that truth,
