The practice of truth is not that easy chapter even for enlightened sages yet a comparative approach may help the spirit to recover from the falsehood,

Excessive involvement with society is prone to indulge in falsehood and life in remote may prone to depression, 

The pace of carnal desires is more prone to animals, the truth of self-reliance in truth with self-restraint could be a chapter for man to protect himself from falsehood,

Once prevented falsehood is likely to stalk truthfulness,
