Jai sri Baba Lal ji,
Fear follows the life whosoever it may be, it is nothing but affliction of mind, so many things are hidden to it and beyond its perceptive skill induce fear at manasa which makes it to fear from the resultant of, a weak mind is prone to fear most, one must learn to focus the mind to impart it with requisite strength within self and it may rescue it from fear,
