Atman

Jai Sri Baba Lal ji,
Atman exist with its close associate that Manasa, intellect and Ego,  core base of Atman is heart but associate of Atman pitched on the truth of mind and never pause even for  a moment, on one facet Manasa fluctuate the mind and on other facet mind fluctuate the manasa, intellect plays a pivotal role to balance the truth and true knowledge helps unto subject at its most, Mind at its lower planes in company of sense objects attains the state of unrest which cause hassle to spirit in heart, but through practice of yoga on the pitch of true knowledge mind develops self for higher planes above the horizon of senses and its undue objects which indicate eternal peace for soul by optimizing Manasa,
