The Philosophy of life is nothing but an art to relate the truth of journey that to sail safely to reach at the destined destiny,

In this Journey of life, prime subject is meaningful health, in health top subject is stable mind and healthy mental condition to stand to self and both causes, eternal as well superficial momentary inputs with healthy reality of perceptive skill transform things to accommodate in journey, 

To reach at the best of health, it needs to respect the dignity of time either dawn or the dusk, respect the dignity of inherent self through practice of self in truth with truth and the both aspects of it,
