an effective antidote to that innate ignorance

 Jai Sri Baba Lal Ji,

There are two defined chapters for human to reach at and assimilate them in at its mos to enlighten inner reality,

First subject is to update self with truth of true knowledge and second is to invoke self with fair graduation unto truth of self realization, 

These serve as an effective antidote to that innate ignorance, by which the embodied soul is afflicted and suffers anguish amidst the struggles of life—whether for the sake of mere survival or in the quest to realize the truth of self-respect.

Pathway to reach at, is not a rocket science, as as simple to understand and even more simple to adore, life a live in truth with self restraint, prevent self at any cost to deceive fellow being irrespective of condition in subjugation, eternal renunciation act as bonus to felicitate the individual varyingly,
