only sane path to self

 Jai Sri Baba Lal Ji,

Discard the blemishes of mind to reach in proximity of truth eternal,

Try to establish contact with the inherent self and easiest path is self restraint,

Never underestimate the truth of inherent self, as it remains connected with truth of supreme reality at its varying pitches,

Drink the nectar of moral to live a moral life, the only sane path to self.
