Breath in and breath out

 Jai Sri Baba Lal Ji,

Breath in and breath out is common to all beings but for human, this relates to a most meaningful chapter from Swar Bhed,

Breath in sound as SO and Breath out sound as Hum, hence a message with each breath that I am the same as that supreme reality, 

So represents That and Hum represents me, this is not just a message but a awakening verse that could prove to be a milestone in journey to reach the truth of eternity,

And what it needs just a wakeful conscious state in truth with realization and rest follws in auto mode to help the spirit suitably,
