Among all species, only man is competent enough to go through the truth of developing tendency, 

Evolution of Atman is inevitable irrespective of species at varying pitches, 

Man is prone to comfort and there is no end to this subject, 

Austere penance is a subject that more viable to men, but hardly meet the truth of luxuries men look for, better placed rightly as human than in race with material gains, to charm with comforts rather than eternal inherent joy,
