 Jai Sri Baba Lal Ji,

To sustain in spirit with life, man needs strong nerves, 

Through the power of nerves, a man may recollect self for the cause whatever it may be, 

Mental stability could be a fair aspect of this truth, and strong nerves may add mental stability,

Pause the incoming thoughts for a while to empower the mind to revamp self unto the truth of concentration, meaningful concentration could be a milestone to reach the optimized strength of nerves,
