pain and pleasure

 Jai Sri Baba Lal Ji,

Life and death are alike day and night, 

Men live both and experience pain and pleasure irrespective of the state,

Both are cages for the free bird that ran out in quest of individual identity,

 Individuality is nothing but a truth of suffering for the soul better be back him and merge as the perineal rivers merge with the ocean and discard the pain and pleasure at once,
