 Jai Sri Baba Lal Ji,

The sages and saints practice self-restraint to control the mind,

And control the mind through self-restraint in truth with respective discipline,

The mind plays a pivotal role in bondage or liberation in the journey, 

Mind that enriched with emotions may create knots to bind self, but mind in proximity with self may help self to dissolve the knots for the cause of liberation,
