Poison and nectar

 Jai Sri Baba Lal ji,

Poison and nectar both lies within self,

Virtue and vice resort within self, 

Mechanism of body and mind may churn the nectar for self within self,

Virtue is not to be acquired from external mean, man need to restrict self from the vice and virtue will manifest itself,
