Sri Parmatma

 Jai Sri Baba Lal ji,

The Parmatma is called Vasudev because all beings live in him and he lives in all beings,

The one, who is being the Atman of all beings, is favorable to all, for no one will act against oneself, 

Yet he incarnate with time again to associate the personification of beings for hidden cause,
