Jai Sri Baba Lal ji,
Man needs time to recollect and coordinate self for the cause of life and self, one needs allocate time to self that to get away from all outer turmoils of journey to roams within self on a specific track to relocate self with self, domestic duties are must to compliance with, business affairs  do need respective time and attention, recreation is must subject to boost the energy a fresh to restart with but inward refreshment is too a must subject for man to compliance for eternal cause, it needs a pause from outward approach,
