Jai Sri Baba lal ji,
Indeed spirit itself is knower of all but that within very deep in heart and it needs some help to reach at the core base to make it,

True Guru who has enlighten self and reach at the truth unto the light of wisdom can help one to make it,

True Guru help one to reach at the unchangeable, immortal and indescribable truth with all round perfection and total treasure,

True Guru help devotees and aspirants without any self motives and selfish mode, and lead them to four main objectives of being human,
