Jai Sri Baba Lal ji,
It is Sri Durga Ashtami Today-the day of Sri Gauri Pujan,

Devi Durga, the incarnation of supreme power, she has no fixed incarnation yet nine mains are worshipped in sacred Navratrey,

Three main streams of mother is known to the world in he name of Devi Saraswati, Devi Kali and Devi Laxmi, all the three forms of Mother divine is compassionate beyond measure,

Devi is endowed with such a majestic power not easy to elaborate, by her this world is upheld,

Knowledge is similarly conferred by her, the illusive power of Vishnu,

By Her, every one is connected through a invisible force those make it to realize liberate self from undue ties of Maya.

O Manasa-addressing to self only-take refuge in her-the supreme truth-she indeed when worshipped bestows on men enjoyment, heaven and emancipation,
