One needs to limit his words while talking, unnecessary stretching the talk may indulge one in untruth.

Words that free from passion anger greed infatuation fear animosity jealousy and undue attachments reflect truth.

While to interface with life one needs to avoid guile and violence to shape the words in true spirit.

They who are unaware of the glory of truthful words inadvertently speak lies. Speaking truthful words makes one truthful, they who sacrifice on the cord of truth never dies in life; just attain immortality for wisdom of bliss.
